I’m so excited to officially start planning your trip. This page is your personal guide to what happens next, how we’ll work together, how to access everything, and what you can expect throughout the process.

You’ve done the hard part (saying yes to the trip), I’ve got the rest.

What Happens Next

Here’s how the planning process will unfold:

1. Your Custom Proposal
   I’ll create a personalized itinerary based on your travel style, preferences, and budget. You’ll have a chance to review everything and make adjustments until it feels just right.

2. Booking & Confirmations
   Once finalized, I’ll take care of all reservations, hotels, transfers, activities, and send over organized confirmations for your peace of mind.

3. Pre-Departure Prep
   About 90 days before your trip, I’ll send you a form to request dining, spa, or special experiences. Around 30 days out, we can schedule a pre-departure call, and I’ll send your final itinerary and documents. I’ll also be available via email for any last-minute questions.

TravelJoy – This is where you’ll complete forms, view quotes, and make payments. Everything stays in one secure, easy-to-use place.
