I offer a highly personalized planning service and charge a research and design fee to cover the time, expertise, and behind-the-scenes coordination required to build your trip. This includes sourcing the right hotels, working with trusted on-the-ground partners, structuring your itinerary, and ensuring every piece fits together properly.
These fees allow me to dedicate the time needed to design a thoughtful, well-executed experience while also maximizing the value of your overall travel investment.
HOTEL | VILLA | CRUISE ONLY
If you already know where you’d like to stay, I’m happy to book hotels, villas, and cruises through my preferred partners at no additional cost.
In many cases, this also includes VIP perks such as daily breakfast, resort or hotel credits, potential room upgrades, and priority recognition during your stay.

Hotel Look book
Starting at $150
This service is designed for clients who know the type of trip they want but are still deciding on the exact destination or hotel.
Rather than spending hours researching across multiple locations, I’ll present a curated set of options that align with your style, priorities, and budget.
What’s included:
Up to four tailored hotel or resort options (across one or multiple destinations)
A short consultation to understand your preferences and priorities
Clear recommendations on which option is the best fit and why
Access to preferred partner perks where applicable (breakfast, credits, upgrades, etc.)
Booking support once you’re ready to move forward
This is a directional service focused on helping you make a confident decision quickly. It is not intended for multi-stop or highly customized itineraries.
If you’d like to build a full trip around your selected hotel, this can be upgraded to full-service planning.
CUSTOMIZED FULL-SERVICE PLANNING
Starting at $250 per week of travel
For clients who want a fully designed and managed experience, I handle every aspect of the trip from start to finish.
This includes accommodations, transportation, private tours, guides, dining recommendations, and overall trip flow. Your itinerary is built specifically around your preferences, travel style, and priorities, with trusted partners managing the details on the ground.
This service is best suited for multi-destination trips, international travel, or itineraries that require logistics, coordination, and expert guidance.
FLIGHTS
At this time, I do not offer flight-only bookings.
For clients booking a full-service itinerary, flight booking can be added for a $100 per person service fee. This ensures your flights are aligned with the overall structure of your trip and coordinated properly with your itinerary.
