AVA Resort Cancun – Pre-Arrival Information

You will need your resort confirmation number in order to complete the steps below. This will typically be provided approximately 45 days prior to arrival.

Restaurant Reservations

Important: Restaurant reservations open 15 days prior to arrival through the AVA Resorts mobile app.

Once reservations open, you can easily manage your dining plans directly in the app before you arrive.

If you prefer assistance prior to arrival, you may also contact the resort’s Pre-Arrival Concierge Team:

Once you arrive at the resort, you can also make dining reservations by dialing Ext. 5016 from your room.

While some restaurants may accept walk-ins based on availability, reservations are strongly recommended to ensure your preferred dining times.

Excursions, Golf, and Spa

The Vacation Makers Team can assist with planning and confirming activities including excursions, golf tee times, spa services, massages, and salon appointments.
